Madison has been working in conveyancing since before she was admitted as a Solicitor, building seven years of practical experience in residential property transactions before completing her law degree at Central Queensland University.

She is now part of the residential conveyancing team at Townsville Conveyancing Centre, where property and commercial matters have been her focus throughout her career.

Madison’s Background

Madison completed her Bachelor of Laws at CQU while working full-time as a conveyancer, meaning her legal training was grounded in real transactions from the start. She was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in December 2023.

That combination of early hands-on experience and formal qualification gives her a practical understanding of how property matters unfold, and what clients actually need at each stage of the process.

Residential conveyancing has been Madison’s primary focus for over 7 years. She works with buyers and sellers across Townsville and North Queensland on house, unit, and vacant land transactions, and brings the same level of care and attention to every matter, whether it’s a first home purchase or an investment sale.

Beyond residential work, Madison also has experience across broader property matters and general commercial transactions, giving her a well-rounded view of how property decisions connect to her clients’ bigger picture.
