Kylie has been part of the Townsville legal community since before she graduated, building her conveyancing experience alongside her law degree at James Cook University.

She joined the residential conveyancing team at Townsville Conveyancing Centre and now leads it, bringing over seven years of hands-on experience in property and commercial matters to every file she works on.

Kylie’s Background

Kylie began working as a conveyancer while completing her Bachelor of Laws at JCU, which meant her legal training and real-world experience developed together. By the time she graduated, she had already worked through a significant number of transactions.

Going on to complete a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with the College of Law and was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2023. That combination of early hands-on work and formal qualification gives her a grounded understanding of property law that’s not easy to come by.
