Katrina Faloon joined the Townsville Conveyancing Centre team in January 2024, bringing more than 15 years of experience from Queensland law firms.

Throughout her career, Katrina has worked across a range of legal areas, including business, commercial, government, and property law. That broad experience has given her a strong understanding of how legal matters need to be managed behind the scenes to keep things moving smoothly and efficiently for clients.

Since joining the team, Katrina has become a valued part of the conveyancing process, supporting clients and the wider team with the detailed work that helps property transactions stay on track from start to finish.

Katrina’s Background

Over her career, Katrina has worked across a range of paralegal responsibilities that keep a legal practice running smoothly. This includes preparing agreements, leases, and legal documents, liaising with clients and third parties, coordinating with Court Registries across different jurisdictions, and managing file administration throughout the life of a matter.

While much of this work happens behind the scenes, it plays an important role in the overall conveyancing process. Staying organised and paying attention to detail can make a significant difference to how smoothly a matter progresses.
